1. How do I place an order?
You can browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your details for faster checkout.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.
4. Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We’ll be happy to work with you directly. When you claim your crystal, we’ll ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due within 30 days at that time we will put the crystal back on our "shelves" We’ll only ship the product once we’ve received the full payment.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Of course! However, once the order has been shipped no modifications and cancellations occur. We ship your product within 3 business days.

6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 5-7 business days; you will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
7. How much does shipping cost in Canada?
All shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 - $30.00 (depending on weight of order) for all products shipped within Canada.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
9. Do you charge duties?
Yes, on all international shipping, we charge duties you will need to pay upon receiving your crystals. Duties are set and determined by your receiving country.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package on our website or the courier's site.
11. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information. If it's lost, contact us and we will be happy to assist. To avoid this happening please ensure you put the correct address in.

Sorry, all sales are final and cannot be returned once they have been shipped.
